Choose your product and submit it as a request. Then send us your photos by WhatsApp or email. We review it and confirm within 1 business day.
Once we confirm your order, we'll send a payment request by email: MobilePay or bank transfer, your choice. Production starts once payment is received.
For Business and bulk orders, yes: we send a digital proof before production. For personal orders, we review your photos as part of confirming your request.
Yes. Each magnet is pressed by hand in our studio in Copenhagen, so small variations between pieces are part of the process, not a flaw.
Yes, send one photo per magnet, or one photo to repeat across the whole pack.
Clear, well-lit original photos, not screenshots or images downloaded from social media (compression lowers quality). Since our magnets are printed small, a normal smartphone photo is more than enough.
No. We print exactly what you send us, so photo quality matters.
3 to 4 business days within Copenhagen, from the moment payment is received. Outside Copenhagen, add courier time, usually 5 to 7 business days total, though it can vary by courier.
